About the Team
Avito Advertising offers digital advertising and promotion tools on the platform for brands, marketing agencies, and businesses. The project office team is involved in creating new and optimizing existing business processes at the intersection of various departments: product, analytics, marketing, sales. One of the important areas of our work is financial initiatives that affect revenue and business efficiency. Our task is to create transparent conditions for clients, control accounts receivable, and implement automated tools for decision-making.
What Tasks Await You
- Formulate conditions for financial initiatives (offers, promotions, work with individual credit lines), calculate parameters, prepare economic justifications, and defend decisions before stakeholders.
- Provide operational support after launching initiatives: accompany processes, handle escalations, and monitor effectiveness.
- Manage accounts receivable: control limits and deadlines, handle deviations, and analyze dynamics.
- Segment the client base and conduct benchmarking of market conditions.
- Control the budget of programs and ROI for each initiative.
- Perform risk control.
- Develop a timeline for closing a period, control the process, and analyze the reasons for delays.
- Validate the planning methodology and automate the planning/actuals accounting.
- Develop a strategy for achieving financial indicators and decompose them into initiatives.
- Transfer processes from Excel to system tools, configure dashboards and deviation analysis.
We Expect You To
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in BigTech.
- Have participated in projects to improve business process efficiency and develop sales teams.
- Know English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, as well as data visualization tools (Miro, Boardmix, and similar).
- Have experience in sales automation and project management.
- Be able to write high-quality technical documentation.
- Possess skills in managing stakeholders and performers.
