Middle Project Manager

🚀 Seeking a Middle Project Manager at Fledge (remote) Mobile dating product for the US market. The PM will manage several teams, be responsible for delivery, and report directly to the CEO.

What you'll do:

• Help leads with planning, manage initiatives from idea to release;
• Work with the CPO on the product, keeping focus on metrics and value;
• Synchronize teams: development, analytics, QA;
• Provide the CEO with an honest picture: statuses, blockers, risks.

We're looking for:

• 3+ years in IT and 3+ years in a PM role: independently managed a team and was responsible for release;
• Experience with B2C or a clear motivation to transition into it;
• Experience working with development, analytics, and QA;
• Ability to figure out new topics independently, without ramp-up or waiting for ready explanations;
• Use AI in real work at the level of coding agents, AI harnesses.

Not our fit:

• Managed only deadlines and meetings, without personal initiative in the product;
• Expects a ready-made technical specification and detailed instructions upfront.

Conditions: full remote, Service Agreement registration, salary in currency without ruble exchange rate linkage.
