An IT company Mobicult is looking for a Project Manager.
Mobicult is an IT company that has been developing high-load web systems and mobile applications (B2B and B2G) since 2012. They work with products featuring complex business logic: integrations, APIs, data analytics.
They are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead custom development projects. The role involves not only operational management but also proactivity: participating in project development, suggesting improvements, and working with business value for the client.
What you will do:
- Lead IT projects end-to-end (from presale to releases)
- Plan and control deadlines, budget, and team workload, maintaining a balance between quality and speed
- Dive into the client's business and translate tasks into a clear implementation plan
- Form and prioritize the backlog with a focus on business value
- Build communication with stakeholders, develop long-term relationships
- Plan and conduct sprints, synchronize the team, monitor execution
- Manage risks, changes, and client expectations
- Analyze metrics and suggest improvements
- Maintain project documentation up-to-date
What is important:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management (custom development experience is a plus)
- Understanding of the full development cycle (SDLC) and the PM's role at each stage
- Experience with web and mobile products with complex logic
- Confident work with Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and the ability to adapt processes to the project
- Ability to build transparent communication with the team and the client
- Skill in working with requirements: formalization, prioritization, expectation management
Will be a plus:
- Experience participating in presales
- Understanding of project economics (budget, profitability, team workload)
- Experience with B2B/SaaS products (data analytics, integrations)
- Certificates (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
What they offer:
- Part-time employment (4-8 hours per day) for a long-term project
- Flexible start of the day (from 9:00 to 11:00 MSK)
- Fixed salary + quarterly bonus based on project results
- Supportive onboarding and an engaged team
- Minimum bureaucracy and fast decision-making processes
- Independent project management without micromanagement
