Job Description
Requirements
- Experience in managing IT projects for 2+ years as a PM;
- Skills in managing client expectations and experience in building long-term communication;
- Ability to work with client objections;
- Full understanding of the web and mobile development process;
- Ability to manage scope and schedule, control project costs;
- Experience in project estimation and risk management;
- Decomposition and assignment of complex tasks;
- English language (spoken B2+).
Your tasks will be:
- Working on large-scale projects;
- Managing communication with customers and the development team;
- Gathering and formalizing project requirements;
- Effective team management and competent resource allocation;
- Monitoring deadlines and quality of assigned tasks;
- Managing project quality and maintaining communication with the client;
- Simultaneous management of multiple projects.
Will be a plus:
- Business analysis skills;
- Experience in writing technical documentation;
- Technical education or completed project management courses.
