🔥 We are currently looking for a Middle Project Manager - experience in IT service companies is required.

🌏 Location: Belarus (we are considering candidates currently located in Belarus). 🌏 English: C1 (there will be a lot of communication with clients in English) 🌏 Employment: Individual Entrepreneur / Self-employment.

📌 ABOUT US: FocusReactive is a modern consulting company with deep expertise in Jamstack development, Headless CMS, and Headless eCommerce. We actively use AI tools in our work. Our agency collaborates with Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, etc., and we help our clients build modern and effective marketing platforms based on headless CMS and e-commerce.

🔆 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the main point of contact for the client - connect them with the development team, build clear communication, synchronize expectations, and quickly resolve arising issues;
• Manage several small projects simultaneously (teams of 1–4 developers, duration 2–4 months, up to 5 projects in parallel, averaging 2–4) - be fully responsible for them from start to finish: deadlines, scope, and budget;
• Manage project-level risks and escalate them to the manager if necessary (e.g., in case of disputes regarding budget or expectations);
• Control scope, timelines, and deadlines - document agreements, notice scope creep in time, and keep everyone focused;
• Maintain clear and structured project documentation, easy to search and use, including with AI tools;
• Alert the manager about team overload and resource shortages to adjust the workload in time;
• Track project progress and share key metrics and status with the team and stakeholders.

🔆 OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has 3+ years of project management experience;
• Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills - can navigate uncertainty, align expectations, and negotiate;
• Has a high level of organization and a structured approach to work - can bring order to complex, parallel processes and projects;
• Proficient in project management tools and quick to adapt to new systems;
• A technical background will be a plus - especially experience with headless CMS or e-commerce platforms.
