we are developing our web development department and are looking for an experienced PM who understands web development processes in practice and can build effective developer work from setting tasks to website release

experience in design or web studios is mandatory (3 to 5 years). it's a big plus if you have previously worked as a developer or tester.

we create award-winning websites for international startups — products (digital & physical), industrial and eco-brands

responsibilities:

— agree on deadlines, plans, requirements, and budgets with clients

— calculate development deadlines and budgets, control expenses during the project

— select and coordinate specialists for specific projects

— prepare technical specifications, maintain project documentation

— manage the process and control the quality of task execution

— direct communication with the web design department and related teams

we are looking for someone who

— has experience working in a design or web studio (3–5 years)

— understands the principles and methodologies of website development using code (React, Next.js, WordPress) and no-code platforms (Webflow)

— knows how to communicate with clients

— English language Intermediate +

will be an advantage

— experience as a developer or tester or experience managing a development team

— own database of trusted contractors

— ability to build processes and mentor the team
