🔥 We are currently looking for a Strong Middle Project Manager - experience in IT service companies/agencies is mandatory.

🌏 Locations: Belarus, Poland, Georgia. 🌏 English: B2/C1 (there will be a lot of communication with clients in English) 🌏 Employment type: Sole Proprietorship/Self-employed/B2B/business incubator

📌 ABOUT US: FocusReactive is a modern consulting company with deep expertise in Jamstack development, Headless CMS, and Headless eCommerce. We actively use AI tools in our work. Our agency partners with Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, etc., and we help our clients build modern and effective marketing platforms based on headless CMS and e-commerce.

🔆 RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION:

• Act as the main point of contact for the client - connecting them with the development team, building clear communication, synchronizing expectations, and quickly resolving emerging issues;
• Manage several small projects simultaneously (teams of 1–4 developers, duration 2–4 months, up to 5 projects in parallel, on average 2–4) - be fully responsible for them from start to finish: deadlines, scope, and budget;
• Manage project-level risks and escalate them to the manager if necessary (e.g., for disputed issues regarding budget or expectations);
• Control scope, timelines, and deadlines - document agreements, notice scope creep in a timely manner, and keep everyone focused;
• Maintain clear and structured project documentation, easy to search and use, including with AI tools;
• Notify the manager about team overload and resource shortages to adjust the workload in a timely manner;
• Track project progress and share key metrics and status with the team and stakeholders.

🔆 OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has 3+ years of project management experience - but the right experience and skills are more important to us than just a number on a resume;
• Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills - knows how to navigate uncertainty, align expectations, and negotiate;
• Has a high level of organization and a structured approach to work - the ability to bring order to complex, parallel processes and projects;
• Proficient in project management tools and quick to adapt to new systems;
• A technical background will be a plus - especially experience with headless CMS or e-commerce platforms.
