Middle Project Manager
We are Ronas IT, an Estonian outsourcing company specializing in web service and mobile app development since 2007. Our clients include startups, as well as small and medium-sized businesses from around the world. We provide full-cycle services: from idea development to implementation and support. We specialize in technically complex and large-scale projects.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the IT project lifecycle, supporting each stage, controlling releases.
- Managing and motivating project teams to deliver projects on time: setting up workflows, prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, analyzing team efficiency, optimizing and implementing changes to the work process.
- Communicating with international clients.
What you need for this:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT project manager.
- English level – B2-C1, both written and spoken.
- Experience managing a team of developers and designers of at least 4 people.
- Experience with full project cycle management.
- Knowledge of development methodologies and proficiency with project management tools.
- Strong communication skills: experience in negotiations and business correspondence, the ability to reach agreements with the team and clients.
- Understanding of budget, resource, and risk management principles.
- Independence, proactiveness.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in presale analysis.
- Experience in outsourcing.
- Experience in programming or testing.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
