Middle Project Manager (IT)
We are an Estonian outsourcing company Ronas IT, developing web services and mobile applications since 2007. Our clients include startups, as well as small and medium-sized businesses from all over the world. We provide full-cycle services: from idea refinement to implementation and support. We specialize in technically complex and large-scale projects.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the IT project lifecycle, supporting each stage, and controlling releases
- Managing and motivating project teams to deliver projects on time: setting up the workflow, prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, analyzing team efficiency, optimizing and making changes to the work process
- Communicating with foreign clients.
What is required for this:
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT project manager
- English level – B2-C1, both written and spoken
- Experience managing a team of developers and designers of 4 or more people
- Full project lifecycle management experience
- Knowledge of development methodologies and proficiency in project management tools
- Communication skills: experience in negotiations and business correspondence, ability to negotiate with the team and clients
- Understanding of budget, resource, and risk management principles
- Independence, initiative.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in conducting presale analytics
- Experience in outsourcing
- Programming or testing experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
