Our clients are startups, as well as small and medium-sized businesses from around the world. We provide full-cycle services: from concept development to implementation and support. We specialize in technically complex and large-scale projects.
What you will do:
- Managing the IT project lifecycle, guiding each stage, controlling releases
- Managing and motivating project teams to deliver projects on time: establishing workflows, prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, analyzing team efficiency, optimizing and making changes to the work process
- Communicating with foreign clients.
What is required:
- Experience as an IT project manager for at least 2 years
- English proficiency level – B2-C1, both written and spoken
- Experience managing a team of developers and designers of 4+ people
- Full-cycle project management experience
- Knowledge of development methodologies and proficiency in project management tools
- Communication skills: experience in negotiations and business correspondence, ability to negotiate with the team and clients
- Understanding of budget, resource, and risk management principles
- Independence, initiative.
Will be a plus:
- Experience conducting presale analysis
- Experience in outsourcing
- Programming or testing experience
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
