Hi, my name is Angelina, I'm looking for a great project manager who will manage client projects and work with the studio team. Our project managers are super people whom we care about and actively develop in soft skills and IT.

INSAIM is a digital design and web development studio. We love complex tasks, work with large businesses and ambitious startups in the global market.

We are growing and strengthening the management team. This is a position for the third project manager.

What will you be doing?

• Communicate with the client at all stages of project launch
• Work with the team – designers and developers, conduct daily team stand-ups, plan team workload, allocate resources
• Keep the workspace in order (Notion)
• Maintain project documentation flow
• Develop relationships with the client after launch: propose project improvements and our assistance in implementation
• Manage project profitability and margins
• Work on foreign projects in the English language
• Grow in managerial competence and build project management culture
• Manage operational processes in the company

Competencies we expect from the candidate

Hard skills:

• Have experience in project and people management
• Know project development stages and processes: prototyping, design, layout, integration
• Understand how project economics work and manage them
• Understand how Webflow, Tilda, Framer, WordPress, Figma work
• Possess basic skills in working with ChatGPT
• Be able and willing to work with numbers and spreadsheets
• Understand the document flow process
• English language for conducting video meetings is required

Soft skills:

• Ability to work in a team and with a team, empathy
• Ability to environmentally and argumentatively defend one's own opinion and boundaries
• Ability to communicate and find common ground
• Stress tolerance and the skill of keeping a cool head
