Whale Studio is a creative studio in the UAE market looking for a Project Manager (remote). If you can simultaneously keep projects under control, build processes, and find common ground with clients – this role is for you.
What you will do: • Manage projects from the first brief to final delivery • Plan timelines, budgets, and team workload • Prepare commercial proposals and launch new projects • Be the main point of contact for clients and develop long-term relationships • Work with Agile, Waterfall, RACI, Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools
We are looking for someone who: ✅ Has 4+ years of experience in Project Management ✅ Has worked in creative agencies, studios, or digital teams (will be a plus) ✅ Knows how to build processes and manage multiple projects simultaneously ✅ Has an English level of B2+ ✅ Loves systematic approach, initiative, and responsibility
