Vacancy: Project Manager

Salary Range: from 2,500 to 3,800 USD

Conditions: remote, full-time

Responsibilities:

— Support Senior PMs in managing the development lifecycle of ZK-coprocessors.

— Maintain project documentation in Notion/Confluence and track task status in Jira/Linear.

— Coordinate daily stand-ups and take meeting minutes.

— Monitor the adherence to deadlines for specific features and promptly report risks.

— Liaise with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketing) to clarify requirements.

— Assist in organizing internal team processes and conducting retrospectives.

Requirements:

— At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or PM assistant (preferably in IT/Fintech).

— Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.

— Proficiency with task trackers and planning tools.

— Interest in the blockchain industry and willingness to quickly grasp terminology (L2, ZK-proofs, Mainnet).

— Excellent time management skills and proactivity in problem-solving.

— Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate and above) for communication with an international team.
