We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager who has worked with a live product (even a small one), can understand complexity without instructions, and wants to influence the business, not just move tasks in Jira.
What you will do
- Manage resources and task flow: plan the team's work considering focus areas, proactively identify and eliminate blockers;
- Decompose and estimate: translate business requests into clear technical tasks with understandable acceptance criteria and deadlines, ensure their timely completion;
- Prepare necessary documentation and approvals for the smooth progress of tasks and projects;
- Coordinate cross-team interaction: synchronize scope, deadlines, and priorities with adjacent teams;
- Ensure transparent communication: provide regular updates on project status, current risks, and blockers.
What we expect
- At least 1 year of IT project management experience in the IT infrastructure field;
- Understanding of the development lifecycle and experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies;
- Successful experience interacting with internal clients: you know how to gather requirements, manage expectations, and bring projects to release;
- Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure: knowledge of Linux, databases (PostgreSQL), containerization (Docker), which allows you to read technical documentation and have a substantive dialogue with developers in their language;
- Autonomy and proactivity: you are ready to independently lead projects and initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Business mindset: you always ask "why?", can strictly prioritize tasks based on business value, available resources, and risks, rather than just relaying client requests.
