"Service Plus" Group of Companies (30+ years in the IT market, 400 employees). We are a Russian accredited product IT company, developing and supplying our own software and hardware for major Russian retail chains (Lenta, X5 Retail Group (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok), MAGNET, GLOBUS, OBI, Lenta, ASHAN, etc.)
Due to the expansion of the project department, we are looking for an IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 5+ projects for large companies: enterprise solutions, CVM/CRM, data platforms
- Responsible for financial performance: budgeting, plan/actual control, profitability
- Manage cross-functional teams of up to 25 people: development (front/back), analytics, testing, delivery, product management
- Manage full-cycle projects: participation in tenders and pre-sales, launch, bringing solutions to production
- Manage project artifacts: charter, roadmap, risk register, change log, API specifications
- Manage releases, integrations, and architectural changes
- Work with C-level executives and key stakeholders, provide regular reporting
- Manage processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban, hybrid approaches): sprint planning, team load control, team communications (1:1, retrospectives, onboarding)
What's important to us:
- Experience in managing IT projects for implementing software for large B2B clients (not B2G)
- Experience managing a portfolio / multiple projects simultaneously
- Enterprise IT: integrations, data platforms
- Managing client expectations and project team, working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Setting project goals, budget planning, and assessing the economic efficiency of IT projects
- Understanding of project financials: budget, plan/actual, profitability
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban) + ability to work in a hybrid model, mandatory experience in managing projects using Agile (Scrum)
- Mandatory experience with Gantt charts
- Proficient in tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SQL, API documentation
Will be a plus:
- Experience with hardware-software complexes
- Experience in retail
