Position Overview
As a Junior Project Manager at JetRockets, your primary responsibility is to become a dedicated development partner for our clients. You will immerse yourself in the client's business, understand market demands, and ensure the focus remains on business goals, even for seemingly simple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the client's project and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and the development team.
- Lead regular meetings with clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Translate business requirements from clients into detailed technical specifications for developers.
- Document processes and track team time for client reporting.
- Conduct research and analyze third-party integrations, determining when to develop in-house solutions or use existing ones.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans or legalize them with the client.
Qualifications
- English level C1 is a must!
- Ability to manage client expectations. Has at least 1 year of experience in customer-focused communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Analytical skills for researching and evaluating solutions.
- Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
