The Operations team is responsible for internal business processes, their efficiency, and transparency. We optimize the team's work so that employees can focus on tasks that help the business grow and increase the company's revenue.
What Tasks Await You
- Be responsible for revenue growth in Avito Services sales channels: search for growth sources, bring them to initiative launch and calculation defense.
- Manage a portfolio of projects for working with large contractors: formulate hypotheses, calculate economics, develop a launch plan, measure effectiveness, and evaluate results.
- Engage in goal setting and performance calculation: form goals by direction, calculate the effectiveness and ROI of initiatives.
- Work on the implementation of artificial intelligence in solutions for contractors.
- Interact with sales, ASD, analytics, and product teams: gather input, agree on methodology, present decisions for approval to management.
- Build interaction processes with related departments: sales, analytics, and product.
- Inform the sales team about updates, collect feedback, and manage changes.
- Prepare regular reporting on the actual and planned achievement of goals, analyze reasons for deviations, and propose corrective actions.
We Expect You To
- Have worked as a project manager for at least 4 years in large technology companies in commercial functions: sales strategy, sales operations management, or commercial efficiency improvement.
- Have experience in improving the operational efficiency of businesses and individual teams.
- Have experience with A/B and quasi-experiments.
- Be able to build financial models.
- Be able to set goals and calculate effectiveness: work with metrics, build traction models, prioritize initiatives by potential.
- Be able to negotiate with various internal teams: marketing, analytics, legal department, and product, as well as conduct cross-functional work.
- Be proficient in Excel at an advanced level.
- Possess structured thinking and independence: be able to make decisions with incomplete context and propose processes or solutions.
- Be able to document processes and agreements.
