Your Responsibilities
- Build and support projects for implementing changes and new functionality on Customer networks;
- Interact with developers, analysts, managers, and external teams;
- Create projects, instructions, action plans, operational control schemes, and escalation procedures to manage situations affecting service and product quality;
- Track and analyze change requests, support critical requests and issues at all stages of resolution, from discovery to resolution;
- Ensure and control the deadlines and quality of your project;
- Prepare presentation materials and project reports;
- Interact with related structural units to organize a unified service and product support.
What We Expect
- At least 3 years of experience in IT/Telecom service management;
- Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management methodologies;
- Understanding of IT system architecture principles in general;
- Knowledge of the basics of contract work, experience interacting with IT departments and IT service customers;
- Experience managing project metrics, generating reports;
- Experience creating regulations and normative documentation for IT processes;
- Bonus points for:
- Higher technical/mathematical education;
- Understanding of the basic principles of 4G/5G telecom network construction;
- Possession of training or certification certificates in PMI/PRINCE2.
