The food and baking products manufacturer Pudov is looking for a leader and highly qualified professional for the position of IT Development Director.
Pudov is a leader in the Russian market for baking goods (according to Nielsen – a global measurement company). They have expertise in all sales markets – direct contracts with federal networks, distribution across the Russian Federation and CIS, their own online and offline projects, and they work with all marketplaces.
They work on the product side, so they have a wide range of IT projects implemented: from an ERP system for enterprise management to e-commerce projects, development of a new online store, and a mobile application.
Responsibilities:
- Development of information technologies, organization and control of employee work
- Regular analysis, audit of the Company's business processes, identification of needs for optimization and automation
- Formation of proposals for automating the activities of the Company's business units based on monitoring modern IT solutions
- Definition of tasks for implementing information technologies, directions for development and application of information systems
- Organization of contractual work with suppliers (contractors) of information systems
- Organization of preparation of project documentation, cost estimates for information systems and their functioning
- Development, implementation, and ensuring the operability of regulations related to IT and information security in electronic form
Candidate Requirements:
- IT development project management experience of 3+ years
- ERP system implementation experience
- Teamwork: recruitment, development, and motivation of employees
- Higher technical education
- Knowledge of regulatory and methodological materials for organizing automated enterprise management systems
- Knowledge of the basics of project management, task setting, and algorithmization
- Knowledge of the basics of automated information processing design and programming
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts regulating information security
- Systemic thinking, well-developed analytical and organizational skills
