Technoros Production Association is looking for a Director for Business Process Development.
Responsibilities:
- Development of organizational design and functional structure of the holding and strategic business units;
- Distribution of functions and areas of responsibility between the management company and strategic business units, between their departments and employees;
- Development of regulations for departments, qualification requirements for employees, as well as organizational orders. Work in eEPC and BPMN standards;
- Description and dispatching of business processes: business modeling, identification of low-efficiency and high-risk areas;
- Development of regulatory documents;
- Improvement and reengineering of business processes;
- Implementation of business process changes;
- Training personnel in new business processes;
- Implementation of planning, control, accounting, and deviation analysis systems;
- Decomposition of group company goals by business units and their departments;
- Development of an employee motivation system and KPIs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in departments of companies involved in the description, optimization, and reengineering of business processes;
- Experience in implementing, automating, regulating, and introducing business processes in information systems (1C, ERP, SAP);
- Experience in implementing planning, control, accounting, and deviation analysis systems;
- Decomposition of holding goals by business units and their departments, development of an employee motivation system and KPIs;
- Knowledge of PMI and Agile;
- Higher education;
- Analytical thinking, systemicity, results-orientation, responsibility, composure.
