Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of business process reengineering through the implementation of innovative AI solutions: from idea generation to deployment;
- Interact with managers and process owners in various business teams to identify the most promising AI opportunities;
- Prioritize initiatives based on return on investment, scalability, ease of implementation, and strategic alignment;
- Collaborate with the AI management group and the network of AI champions to develop best practices, rules, and recommendations for use;
- Increase AI literacy and act as an internal promoter of the culture of using AI in work processes;
- Define success metrics for agent usage (time saved, cost reduction, revenue impact, etc.).
