What you will be doing:

• Lead projects for the development, implementation, and support of artificial intelligence (AI/ML) systems, achieving planned targets for deadlines, budget, and quality metrics;
• Participate in the development of AI initiatives, develop project plans, structure work (including data collection and annotation, model training), and allocate resources, including participation in budget formation (including computing power costs) and contractual agreements;
• Control project progress and stage implementation, approve architectural and technical solutions, review technical and operational documentation (model descriptions, APIs, instructions), and be responsible for results within deadlines and budget;
• Coordinate the complex of works for integrating AI models into target information systems, monitor the pilot production operation (PPO) process and accept completed work;
• Ensure acceptance of results from development teams and external contractors (including data annotation services), interact with related departments (IT security, architecture, business stakeholders);
• Conduct timely communications with project participants and stakeholders, execute instructions from the supervisor, and provide reports on the status and effectiveness of AI solutions.

We expect you to have:

• Higher technical education;
• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager (in IT, Data Science, machine learning, or AI solution implementation);
• Proficiency in project management fundamentals: goal management (budget, deadline, scope, model quality), planning, resource allocation, cost control;
• Knowledge of machine learning (ML) lifecycle stages and understanding of the specifics of preparing technical documentation for AI systems;
• Understanding of the structure and principles of AI/ML systems (including neural networks/LLMs), knowledge of data collection and preparation procedures, training, testing, and deployment stages of models into industrial operation;
• Teamwork skills, ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks, and conduct meetings with diverse teams;
• Ability to work with project and task management systems (Jira, Confluence, and similar), as well as Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to prepare presentation materials and defend project results to management and clients.

We offer:
