Process Analyst
Job Description
We are developing the company's internal HR processes and are looking for a process analyst to help design, improve, and implement new solutions together with the organizational development team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and describe existing business processes;
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders and gather requirements;
- Model As-Is and To-Be processes;
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
- Prepare process diagrams, presentations, and project documentation;
- Develop regulations and instructions;
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and support changes.
What we expect
- At least 2 years of experience as a process or business analyst;
- Experience in describing and optimizing business processes;
- Knowledge of BPMN;
- Knowledge of HR processes (organizational development / HR administration / training and development / compensation and benefits, etc.) - as an advantage;
- Proficient in Excel;
- Ability to structure information and prepare presentations;
- Initiative and a desire to propose improvements.
