Business Process Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Formation, analysis, and description of business requirements for the team of their area;
• Development of a target process model and determination of automation principles;
• Design of functional solutions for the development of the insurance platform;
• Assessment of the impact of changes on existing business processes, integrations, and related systems;
• Participation in the development of the architectural solution within the area;
• Elaboration of ways to solve the strategic tasks of the team of their area;
• Management of priorities and control of task execution;
• Conducting regular working meetings with the client.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of insurance, experience in an insurance company or IT company;
• Experience in participating in business process automation projects and information system implementation, insurance platform support;
• Experience in preparing business requirements in BPMN diagram format and text descriptions;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence;
• Analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving;
• Knowledge of SAFe as an advantage.
