Senior Business/System Analyst in the FinTech team!

Your Role: Senior Business/System Analyst Field: FinTech (credit products) Location: RF-RB 📍 (remote) Work Format: Full-time

What we expect from you: -Experience: 5+ years in business and system analysis. -Expertise: Mandatory experience in FinTech, deep understanding of credit products is your advantage. -Integrations: Successful experience in implementing 3+ integration projects. -Design: Ability to create complex business processes and integration schemes, identify MVPs. -Technical Skills: ▪️ Understanding of database principles and data modeling. ▪️ Proficiency in UML, BPMN (diagram creation), Sequence- and ER-diagrams. ▪️ Knowledge of various integration methods, experience with microservice architecture. ▪️ Confident use of Jira and Confluence. -Autonomy: Ability to process large volumes of information, quickly switch between tasks, and work independently. -Requirements Gathering: Experience in forming clear and complete requirements for developers and designers.

Your Tasks: ➖ Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements, active interaction with stakeholders. ➖ Modeling business processes (BPMN) and defining optimal solutions/MVPs. ➖ Designing integration interactions and specifications. ➖ Formulating tasks for backend and frontend teams. ➖ Describing user scenarios and interface requirements. ➖ Designing conceptual data models. ➖ Supporting the development team at all stages of the project.
