We are looking for an experienced System Analyst who will work at the intersection of business and technology. You will help the business formulate needs, and developers — turn them into understandable technical solutions.
This is a role for a specialist who is equally comfortable in meetings with clients and in discussing architecture with developers.
Responsibilities
- Collection, analysis, and formalization of requirements from business clients and stakeholders.
- Study and description of current processes (AS-IS), design of target (TO-BE).
- Decomposition of requirements into functional and non-functional, writing technical specifications, User Stories, Use Cases.
- Designing system logic, interaction scenarios, and integrations.
- Description of API contracts, data schemas, database structures.
- Agreement of requirements with all interested parties.
- Tasking the development team, participation in groomings and planning.
- Acceptance of implemented functionality, participation in UAT.
- Conducting meetings, presentations, and demos for clients.
- Clarifying requirements for the team and defending business interests to the technical team.
Our expectations
- Analyst experience of 5 years or more.
- Proficiency in modeling notations: BPMN, UML, ERD.
- Experience in writing technical specifications and user stories.
- Confident knowledge of SQL (writing queries, JOIN, aggregations).
- Understanding of REST API principles, data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, modeling tools (Draw.io, Visio, Miro).
- Strong communication skills: ability to ask questions, listen, and convey ideas.
- Systemic and analytical thinking, attention to detail.
- Ability to work with uncertainty and find answers independently.
- Flexibility: ability to switch between business context and technical details.
