Looking for a System / Business Analyst

What you will be doing:
- Gathering and formalizing requirements: translating verbal agreements from meetings into clear technical specifications, regulations, and acceptance criteria
- Designing system logic: describing algorithms for traffic routing, billing, integrations with providers and banks (liquidity, balances, prioritization)
- Process modeling: designing AS IS / TO BE in BPMN/UML, describing state machines, exception flows, edge cases
- Knowledge base maintenance: updating and structuring documentation in Confluence, describing the architecture of current and new products
- Team synchronization: establishing transparent interaction between technical teams, controlling database structure changes (DWH, MongoDB) so that updates do not break reporting
- Process optimization: designing status models in Jira, implementing regulations
- Supporting new launches: quickly diving into new products and methods for operational task description and hypothesis testing.
What we expect:
- 2-5 years of BA/SA experience in IT products (Middle / Middle+)
- Understanding of iGaming, Fintech, or banking payments specifics.
- Ability to describe and design business and system processes: BPMN, UML, flow diagrams.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C differences.
- Confident experience in preparing requirements for backend/frontend teams, writing technical specifications and documentation.
- Understanding of REST API, JSON, webhooks, auth, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), queues (RabbitMQ).
- Ability to structure chaos: extracting the essence from informal discussions and turning it into working algorithms.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Postman.
- High level of independence, readiness to deeply dive into a complex product without micromanagement.
