Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysis and optimization of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE in BPMN 2.0);
- Development and approval of project documentation (Technical Specification, Functional Requirements Specification, Individual Project Plan, Requirements Register);
- Management of requirements and organizational changes (documentation, monitoring of execution, working with business experts);
- Acceptance of results: review of documentation, system mock-up testing, defect identification and tracking of their resolution;
- Communication with contractors, business experts, and the IT team, risk escalation.
Our expectations:
- Higher/incomplete higher education in "Business Informatics" is mandatory;
- Understanding of business analysis fundamentals and a desire to grow in this field;
- Communication skills, analytical thinking, and result-orientation;
- Readiness for business trips (process assessment/project launches).
