United company RWB (Wildberries & Russ) is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders – IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ. The vacancy is open in the Customer Service and Experience department, within the project office team. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will develop B2B products for sellers.
Your responsibilities will include
- Gathering and analyzing requirements from adjacent teams, helping to form process logic and user scenarios;
- Designing business processes and user scenarios for B2B products from scratch;
- Analyzing existing processes and products, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements;
- Describing and visualizing processes and user journeys – using CJM.
- Interacting with product and adjacent teams, coordinating solutions and supporting their development.
What we expect from you
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in gathering and formalizing requirements, modeling and describing business processes;
- Understanding of CJM methodology, knowledge of BPMN will be an advantage.
- Understanding of process logic and the interconnections between them;
- Analytical thinking, systematic approach, ability to structure information, identify problems, and justify decisions;
- A plus would be: experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, B2B products, online sales, or the banking sector.
