AI Business Transformation Consultant:
- Conducting digital assessment: analyzing client's systems, processes, and competencies, forming a roadmap with realistic priorities.
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR), identifying bottlenecks, redesigning manual and fragmented workflows for intelligent automation.
- ROI/TCO, KPI, and acceptance metrics.
- MoSCoW, Impact vs Effort, selecting quick wins and pilots.
- AI and LLM: understanding agent architecture, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluating response quality (hallucinations, extraction accuracy).
- Data quality assessment, source integration, building corporate knowledge bases.
- Architectural design: cloud / on-premise / hybrid, infrastructure requirements (GPU, memory, storage), throughput.
- Compliance and local personal data legislation; working with access policies and role-based access control.
- Assessing risks of using third-party platforms, analyzing vendor user agreements.
- AI governance: acceptable use policies, auditing, shadow AI control.
- Change management and adoption.
- Staff training (AI Skills).
- Project management: phasing, milestones, budget, working with contractors.
- Preparing Terms of Reference (ToR) and project documentation, fixing client requirements for handover to the technical team.
