Sber is looking for an AI Transformation Lead to join the team, who will be responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy for introducing artificial intelligence in the Global Markets units (Trading, Sales, Research, Risk), will create and develop AI teams, conduct R&D of new AI solutions, and implement AI development processes in the bank's product and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
AI Transformation of Global Markets Business:
- Identification and prioritization of AI application scenarios in Trading, Sales, and other Global Markets units
- Formation of an AI transformation roadmap
- Search and launch of initiatives with measurable business impact
- Interaction with business leaders, traders, sales, analysts, and IT teams
- Assessment of the economic effect and ROI of AI initiatives
R&D of AI Solutions:
- Research and evaluation of new AI technologies and approaches
- Conducting pilot projects and Proof of Concepts
- Selection of technological stack and architectural solutions
- Analysis of global practices and trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning
Building AI Platform and Processes:
- Development of AI development standards
- Formation of a methodology for using AI agents and LLMs
- Creation of processes for scaling AI practices in other teams
- Implementation of AI development efficiency metrics
- Organization of MLOps/LLMOps processes
Team Management:
- Formation and development of the AI team
- Hiring and development of specialists
- Management of the AI initiatives portfolio
- Goal setting and performance monitoring
- Coordination of work with IT, business, and external vendors
Requirements:
- Experience managing teams of 10+ people
- Experience leading cross-functional programs
- Experience building a new direction or competence center
- Experience working with Head/Director level executives
- Understanding of the specifics of global/financial market products
- LLM (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.)
- RAG architectures
- Fine-tuning and LoRA
- Embeddings and vector databases
- AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems
