ML Tech Lead / AI Technical Manager 🤖🏛

Company: MTS (Center of Competencies for Process Intellectualization and Automation). Location: Moscow, Technopark metro station. Citizenship: RF only. Salary: up to 485,000 rubles (full-time employee). Format: Hybrid (meetings at the office a couple of times a week).

🚀 About the role: We are creating next-generation AI agents and copilots for autonomous business task solutions. We are looking for a technical manager who will become the operational core of the division: synchronizing teams, plans, and priorities, transforming complex AI development into a predictable process with clear business outcomes.

🛠 What's important for success: Management: experience managing complex tech projects or products for 2+ years (preferably in AI/LLM). AI Expertise: understanding the specifics of LLMs, RAG, agent systems, their limitations, and ways to overcome them. Planning: strong planning and prioritization skills in conditions of uncertainty. Communication: ability to synchronize the technical team and business stakeholders. Data Driven: working with metrics (from engineering to product) and experience preparing executive presentations.

📋 Responsibilities: — Consolidate and maintain unified roadmaps for AI agents and copilots. — Manage the operational part of development and coordinate cross-functional teams. — Prepare status updates for management: metrics, progress on initiatives, risks. — Interact with internal clients to implement agents into their processes. — Participate in product decisions: scenario analysis, MVP definition, hypothesis validation. — Build processes for testing and evaluating the quality of AI solutions (accuracy, A/B tests).

➕ Bonus points: — Technical background or experience working with LLM-based automation tools. — Experience evaluating the ROI of AI solutions and defending investments. — Knowledge of the latest trends in agent systems.
