🏭 Technical Lead / AI Architect — Digitalization of the Aluminum Industry We are looking for an engineer who will design and lead a platform of multi-agent LLM systems for industrial processes: from the architecture of integrations with corporate information systems to agent orchestration and production operation.

Your responsibilities will include: — System architecture "from scratch": domain decomposition, style selection (monolith / microservices / event-driven) — Integrations with corporate IS and data layer — Agent orchestration: routing, task decomposition, idempotency, conflict resolution between recommendations — Agent platform: registry of agents/skills, code review standards, approach scaling — Tech leadership: architectural decisions, mentorship, CI/CD, monitoring, security

What you should have: — Higher technical education — Real production case with LLM as a working component (not a pet project) — Experience with multi-agent scenarios: orchestration, context transfer between agents, guardrails, evals, cost control — RAG and vector databases in practice (complex documents, tables), tool/function calling, MCP and similar — Experience integrating with complex corporate systems: ERP, legacy without proper APIs, exports/tables — Agent frameworks — at the level of their limitations, not their API — Understanding where LLM is needed and where deterministic logic, ML model, or optimizer is needed — Daily work with AI development assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot) — with mandatory code review and tests — "Human-in-the-loop" experience: recommendations instead of auto-actions, confirmation points, explainability
