Development of AI agents (coding, logic, model integration) and full responsibility for their delivery and support in a microservice environment.

Balance: 30% Development (Coding) 70% Deployment & Operations (Ops).

Key Skills (Hard Skills):

• AI Development - Python, AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar). Understanding of AI Agents, RAG, Tool Calling concepts;

• DevOps / MLOps - Docker, Kubernetes, Helm. Ability to write Dockerfile and values.yaml;

• Debugging & Ops - ArgoCD (read logs/statuses only), terminal usage (bash), log analysis;

• Security & Deps - Working with SCA scanners.

• Experience from 3-6 years Middle / Senior;

• Background: Python developer who got interested in AI and learned Docker/K8s, or an MLOps engineer who knows how to program well;

• Key competency: Autonomy. It is necessary to be able to not only write a bot but also to containerize it, make it pass security checks, and launch it in a cluster without the help of system administrators;

• Deep understanding of Python dependency management (virtualenv, poetry, pip), as 70% of deployment issues are related to them.

💫Project Tasks

• Writing agent code in Python that uses external APIs;
• "Packaging" the code into a Docker image with a minimal size and secure dependencies;
• Writing a Helm chart for deploying this image in K8s;
• Finding ways to update a library or apply a patch, rebuilding the image, and updating the deployment when the image is blocked by an SCA scanner due to a vulnerability in the requests library;
• Reading pod logs in ArgoCD in case the agent crashes in production. Fixing the code and preparing a new deployment if the error is in the prompt or API.
