Salary: 300-350 K RUB/month. Employment: agreement with sole proprietor Client: Industry and Manufacturing Format: Remote (RF) 🏠 Schedule: ~160 hours/month, high workload Duration: 6 months → extension Citizenship, location: RF 🇷🇺 Timezone: UTC+3

What we do 🔧 Development and implementation of AI/LLM functionality in company products:

• RAG systems, AI agents, function/tool calling
• LLM orchestration, prompt engineering
• Working with embeddings, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone)
• Model quality evaluation (evals), monitoring, observability
• Full-cycle development: from idea to production (frontend + backend)

Who we are looking for 🎯 Experience: from 5 years in IT .NET (C#), with 2+ years in AI/LLM development Tech Stack:

• .NET (C#) — confident
• LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex
• APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
• Databases: MSSQL / PostgreSQL + Docker + Git
• Frontend: basic (for AI functionality implementation)

Important:

• Implemented RAG systems and AI agents in commercial products
• Prompt engineering, tool calling
• AI assistants in work (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) + code review
• Technical English (reading docs)
• Bias to ship: fast delivery, decomposition to MVP ✅
• Product mindset, ownership, teamwork

Will be a plus:

• ML experience (fine-tuning, embeddings)
• Pet projects / open-source with real audience
• RabbitMQ / Kafka Education: higher technical (or equivalent experience + portfolio)
