Senior ML Engineer / LLM Engineer

We need an engineer who can work with LLMs at the level of a full production pipeline: RAG, function calling, structured outputs, AI agents, quality evaluation, API, Docker, monitoring, and inference optimization.

Key focus of the role: development of AI agents, multi-agent systems, conversational interfaces, RAG pipelines, and LLM/NLP system quality evaluation pipelines.

Important:

• Python, SQL, relational databases, Git
• LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs
• PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Transformers
• LangChain or similar agent/orchestration frameworks
• Fine-tuning LLM, LoRA/PEFT
• Quality evaluation of NLP/LLM systems: metrics, benchmarking, human evaluation, LLM-as-a-judge, A/B tests
• Production: FastAPI/Flask, Docker, basic MLOps: MLflow, DVC or similar
• Classic ML/NLP, mathematics, statistics

Will be a plus:

• text2sql / semantic parsing
• Spark
• ClickHouse

Format:

• remote, RF
• 100% workload
• long-term project
• registration as an individual entrepreneur/civil contract
• up to 260–265 gross, around 250 net
