• Understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and limitations of modern language models. • Experience with embeddings, vector search, RAG, structured output, and tool calling. • Experience in building evals for LLM systems, evaluating response quality, controlling hallucinations, and monitoring system behavior. • Experience with LLM APIs, Hugging Face, and one of the orchestration frameworks. • Experience with Airflow, MLflow, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. • Experience operating GPU infrastructure and optimizing inference. • Experience with fine-tuning or adapting LLMs, including LoRA / PEFT. • Experience designing agentic workflows or multi-agent systems. • Understanding of information security principles, privacy, and personal data handling.

🔹 What you will be doing:

• Developing AI platform services for creating functional agents and AI assistants. • Preparing the backend for functional agents, including the agent development environment: testing frameworks, open-source agents. • Developing a service for managing the agent registry and skills. • Creating a separate unified service for all knowledge bases, integrating large corporate sources.
