Senior AI Developer

salary: 300k - 370k net Format: Remote work from RF. Full-time employment Company: Omega Solutions Project: Mining company

Requirements

• Experience in developing and orchestrating GenAI agents on platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar;
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool integration protocols;
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for developing business logic and integration solutions;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, JSON, and processing structured data;
• Experience integrating systems via REST API and OAuth2;
• Skills in collecting, processing, and normalizing data from external sources and web services;
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building RAG solutions;
• Experience using vector databases (PGVector, Qdrant, Milvus, or similar);
• Experience developing solutions based on LangChain or similar frameworks for working with LLMs;
• Experience deploying and operating local (on-premise) AI solutions and open-source models;
• Understanding of data protection principles and working with information in a corporate environment.
• Experience with n8n and developing custom components;
• Knowledge of React, GraphQL, FastAPI;
• Experience integrating with corporate systems (CRM, SAP, 1C, DWH).

Project Tasks

• Design, development, and support of multi-agent GenAI solutions for business process automation and user request processing;
• Development and enhancement of RAG pipelines: LLM integration, data preparation, working with vector databases, and optimizing model response quality;
• Integration of AI services with internal corporate systems via REST API, databases, and external data sources;
• Development and support of AI orchestration based on LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar platforms, including the creation of custom components and tools;
• Deployment, configuration, and operation of local LLM solutions within the corporate environment, considering information security and data protection requirements.
