Vacancy: AI Engineer / AI Automation Engineer

We are looking for a strong AI engineer-integrator who designs and brings to market agent systems and AI automation. Working in a team with the Head of AI on the company's AI ecosystem: agents, RAG/knowledge bases, marketing and analytics automation, integrations.

What you will do ➖ Design and build agent operating systems (Agentic OS) and multi-agent systems with memory, roles, and task routing. ➖ Develop RAG pipelines and knowledge bases: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, quality control, and hallucination mitigation. ➖ Automate marketing and operational processes (workflow orchestration, assistants, monitoring, reporting). ➖ Participate in unifying analytics and attribution across channels (advertising platforms, marketplaces) into a single picture. ➖ Connect creative / content pipelines (image/video generation). ➖ Integrate with external platforms and services (REST/Webhooks, API, CRM).

Requirements (must-have) ➖ 2+ years of production AI/LLM systems development (not academic pet projects), strong Python (4+ years of commercial project experience). ➖ Multi-agent orchestration / LLM-orchestration: agent frameworks (LangGraph-class), tool/function calling, structured output, guardrails. ➖ RAG end-to-end: embeddings, chunking strategies, vector databases (Pinecone / pgvector / Qdrant), citation tracing, hallucination control. ➖ Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL) + vector; data modeling, queries, understanding of data layer design. ➖ Workflow automation: n8n (or similar) on real cases. ➖ LLM-ops (basic): evals, observability (Langfuse-class), cost and latency control, model fallback chains. ➖ Integrations: REST / Webhooks, working with external platform APIs and CRM. ➖ LLM providers and tooling: practical experience with Claude (Anthropic) and/or OpenAI APIs; understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol). ➖ English B1.

Will be a plus ➖ Experience in marketing analytics / attribution (multi-channel: advertising platforms). ➖ Experience in international e-commerce (Amazon / TikTok Shop / Meta / Shopify, working with marketplace data) ➖ Creative / content pipelines (image/video generation, ComfyUI). ➖ Understanding of privacy/compliance (CCPA-class). ➖ Portfolio / GitHub with real projects.

What is important in work ➖ Eval-first and measurability: we build systems that can be evaluated and improved, not "works 70% and unclear what's next". ➖ Ability to translate a business task into a working architecture and bring it to completion. ➖ Independence, async discipline, availability for calls within the agreed window.
