We are looking for an AI Engineering Architect for a large product company, who will take responsibility for a 5x acceleration of development speed through the implementation of AI.

Company: an international B2C business in the entertainment industry, works with several products simultaneously and creates tools for musicians and creators worldwide. The company is moving towards decentralized engineering and is betting on AI-native tools as a way to achieve this. The systems you design must work equally well across multiple products.

Responsibilities: You will need to build and lead the AI stack for engineering: agentic workflows, evals, access rules, AI code review, test automation, and deployment. The focus is on automation: identify and eliminate key bottlenecks in workflows using AI, and be responsible for a 5x acceleration of development. You will also select models and providers for the tools, launch MVPs with one team and scale to the entire organization, and set up evals that show a real impact on speed.

Required skills and experience

• 6-7+ years of commercial development, any stack, with a focus on implementing and automating processes through AI in recent years
• Experience implementing AI tools across the entire company with a measurable impact on work speed
• Experimental, data-driven approach: propose an idea, launch an MVP with one team, then scale what worked
• Experience with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar) at an organizational scale, not just personal use
• English from B2
