NEXTMIND teaches business owners how to use AI and implement it in their companies: creating AI organizational structures, agents, knowledge bases, and automations. We currently have two groups; the aggregate turnover of participating companies in one group is 17 billion ₽.

Within NEXTMIND, we are building the same system we teach business owners. We are looking for someone whose primary job is to analyze business processes daily, create automations, and bring them to stable operation.

The main result is processes that work with less manual effort, save the team's time, and deliver verifiable results for the business.

What to do

• Analyze business processes: goal, participants, data, time losses, and improvement criteria. Propose solutions and prioritize them based on business benefit.

• Create an AI organizational structure and agents with clear roles, instructions, skills, memory, and access. Organize knowledge bases, connect agents and services into a unified working system.

• Build automations for marketing and launches: trend gathering, competitor analysis, content preparation for Telegram, ad channel selection, website and bot for webinar registration.

• Automate internal work: client requests and next steps, participant and payment tracking, lesson progress monitoring, results collection for case studies, dashboards.

• Connect services via MCP and API, set up regular runs and cloud servers. Test solutions on real scenarios and fix errors. Ensure further operation: monitor failures, restore, protect access, and provide concise instructions for the team.

We work fast: a task in the morning, a first working version of a small automation by evening. We break down large tasks into stages with clear results for each.

Who we are looking for

• You work daily in Codex or Claude Code on your computer. Proficiency in both is an advantage.

• You know how to manage development through an AI agent: setting tasks, providing context, breaking work into steps, checking code, logic, and results. You can troubleshoot errors and bring solutions to launch.

• You have independently connected MCP, API, skills, and plugins; you know how to configure agents and regular operations in Hermes. You work with knowledge bases and agent memory, including in Obsidian.

• You have already created automations for real work tasks and supported them after launch. You can showcase your contribution and explain what changed in the process.

• You think systemically: you see the entire process, the connections between personnel, sales, finances, and product delivery. You can turn a business task into a working system and consider its further development.

• You understand server architecture and know how to deploy and maintain solutions in the cloud. You independently learn the necessary tools and bring tasks to completion.

• Strong advantage: experience in analyzing and improving business processes with measurable impact.
