Vacancy: AI Supervisor (Middle and above)
We are a game studio implementing neural networks to automate processes. We work on live projects, building internal AI tools from scratch. We are looking for an AI Supervisor — a specialist who will take charge of quality control and coordination of AI solutions within the studio.
Who we are actually looking for. We don't just need an engineer who "knows how to call an API" – there are many such people. We need someone with product thinking and leadership experience: someone who decides for themselves what and why to automate, brings solutions to implementation, and takes responsibility for the result, not just the code. If you are used to receiving a ready-made To-Do list and closing tickets – this role is likely not for you.
What will you be doing?
- Be responsible for the studio's AI direction: define which processes to automate and how, set priorities, and achieve real impact;
- Supervise and control the work of AI assistants for various departments (game design, narrative, development, production);
- Review and validate the results of LLM work: assess the quality of responses, identify hallucinations, ensure relevance and task adherence;
- Build and maintain project integration processes: structure content and codebase, monitor the efficiency and relevance of solutions;
- Coordinate the automation of routine studio processes (micro-services, n8n), verify the correctness of scenarios;
- Control the implementation of neural services for content generation (commercial APIs and open-weight models), evaluate the quality and cost of solutions;
- Test hypotheses, select and review prompts, conduct evaluations of model response quality (evals);
- Document solutions, maintain a knowledge base, and share expertise within the team;
- If necessary, mentor and guide colleagues on working with AI tools.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with LLMs (commercial or pet projects with production application);
- Product experience: ability to independently formulate hypotheses, prioritize, and bring AI features from idea to implementation and measurable results;
- Leadership experience: ability to lead a direction/small team, make decisions, and be responsible for the outcome, not just the technical part;
- Experience with modern agent development (from CLI agents to fully autonomous systems);
- Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern models (context, hallucinations, cost, speed) – and the ability to assess this in practice;
- Ability to work with various APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models via Ollama/vLLM);
- Basic Python skills for integrations, automation, and solution verification;
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG solutions;
- Skills in reviewing and evaluating AI outputs, attention to detail;
- Experience in gamedev or an interest in game development is desirable.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph;
- Experience with open-weight models (LLM and media);
- Understanding of MLOps basics (deployment, monitoring);
- Understanding of DevOps basics;
- Experience coordinating a small team or mentoring.
We offer:
- Work on live game projects;
- The opportunity to build AI and business processes from scratch – your solutions will be implemented immediately;
- Flexible employment format (full-time);
- Remote work format;
- Stable income 130,000–150,000 ₽ net and time tracking.
How to apply?
Write to our HR – recruiter contact – and provide:
- CV and portfolio (if available)
- Links to projects where you configured LLM solutions, automated something with AI, or supervised AI processes
