Position: Middle-Senior Forward Deploy Engineer Company: Agentic Lab Format: Remote Location: Most of the team is located in Moscow, we work in the GMT+3 timezone. Salary Range: • Middle 320-380k gross + bonus • Senior 450-530k gross + bonus

About the Company: Agentic Lab creates applied AI systems for large corporations: workspaces, AI assistants, and autonomous AI employees on its own agent platform. We are building the operational layer on which companies make decisions. Founders – Miroslav Gridin (CEO, ex-McKinsey) and Vladimir Makarov (CTO, ex-McKinsey, PhD).

Responsibilities: – Develop AI solutions on our platform: agentic workflows, tool calling, RAG, memory, and human-in-the-loop loops – Design multi-agent systems without strict adherence to a specific framework or SDK — with agent interaction logic, state, memory, routing, and error handling – Work with modern LLMs (GLM, Kimi, GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini) — both via API and with open-weight models – Work with platform databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Qdrant, Redis — data storage, retrieval, semantic search, and vector search – Deploy and optimize open-weight models on GPU infrastructure (A100/H100) using vLLM – Evaluate and optimize the quality of LLM pipelines — Langfuse, custom evals, and metrics for quality, latency, cost, and reliability – Integrate AI systems into clients' existing IT landscapes and bring solutions from prototype to production

Requirements: – Relevant experience in AI/ML, backend, or software engineering – Proven experience in designing and launching LLM-based systems in production, as well as deploying and optimizing open-weight LLMs – Proficient Python and experience in developing production systems – Proficient work with PostgreSQL and vector databases; ClickHouse and Redis are a plus – Business acumen — understand the business task and are responsible for the value of the solution, not just its technical implementation – Higher education in "Mathematics", "Physics", "Mathematical Methods in Economics" – Ownership and proactivity — ready to independently lead a task from definition to working result
