AI AGENT DEVELOPER / MLOps

An IT integrator company is looking for a specialist who will develop and independently implement AI agents into a microservice environment. Focus: 30% development / 70% implementation and operation. What to do: • Develop AI agents in Python • Integrate models and external APIs • Work with RAG and Tool Calling • Package solutions in Docker • Deploy via Helm in Kubernetes • Work with ArgoCD and analyze logs • Fix errors and independently update production deployments • Work with SCA scanners and dependencies Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience, Middle / Senior • Python + LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel or similar • Docker, Kubernetes, Helm • Bash, debugging, log analysis • Understanding of AI Agents, RAG, Tool Calling • Deep understanding of Python dependencies (pip, poetry, virtualenv) • High level of independence: from code to production launch Format: 🌍 Remote 💼 Full-time 💰 Up to 260,000 ₽ net 📄 Sole Proprietorship / Civil Law Contract 📍 Location: Russian Federation, Russian Federation citizenship 📩 Contact: recruiter contact
