Red Team invites developers to create, test, and improve intelligent AI agents.

We are forming a team of specialists who want to work with modern AI technologies, develop intelligent systems, and solve complex engineering problems.

Our goal is to create effective AI agents capable of performing multi-step tasks, interacting with external tools and APIs, and exploring the capabilities and limitations of modern language models.

What you will do

• Develop AI agents based on large language models (LLMs). • Create multi-step task execution scenarios and configure agent interaction with external tools. • Design agent architectures, decision-making, and automation mechanisms. • Integrate language models, APIs, databases, and external services. • Test agent performance, identify errors, and optimize their efficiency. • Explore the capabilities and limitations of modern AI systems. • Participate in the evaluation of the reliability and security of AI solutions. • Develop new approaches to automating complex processes using AI.

What we expect from the candidate

• Knowledge of Python and software development fundamentals. • Understanding of API principles and external service integration. • Basic understanding of LLMs and modern artificial intelligence tools. • Knowledge of AI agent construction principles, RAG, and Tool Calling, or readiness to quickly master these technologies. • Skills in searching and fixing errors, testing, and analyzing results. • Ability to independently solve technical problems. • Willingness to learn new technologies and work on non-standard tasks.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in developing AI agents and multi-agent systems. • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. • Knowledge of Docker, Git, and database principles. • Experience with LLM Evaluation, AI Security, or Red Teaming. • Participation in open-source projects. • Own projects, GitHub repositories, or a technical portfolio.

Selection Stages

We use preliminary testing to assess technical knowledge and determine candidate suitability for team tasks.

To participate in the selection:

1. Complete the test following the bot's instructions.
2. Wait for the results to be reviewed and for feedback on the next selection stages.

Completing the test is a mandatory stage of selection for Red Team candidates.
