Programmer-Developer / Software Developer in Red Team

Red Team invites programmer-developers to create, test, and improve software solutions, intelligent systems, and modern AI technologies.

We are building a team of specialists who want to grow in programming, work with modern technologies, and solve complex engineering challenges.

Our goal is to create effective software solutions, automate complex processes, integrate external tools and APIs, and explore the capabilities of modern technologies.

What you will do

• Develop software solutions and intelligent systems. • Create multi-stage task execution scenarios and configure program interaction with external tools. • Design application architecture, decision-making mechanisms, and automation. • Integrate APIs, databases, external services, and modern language models. • Test software solutions, identify errors, and optimize performance. • Research the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies. • Participate in assessing the reliability and security of software solutions. • Develop new approaches to automating complex processes.

What we expect from the candidate

• Knowledge of Python and software development fundamentals. • Understanding of API principles and external service integration. • Basic understanding of modern artificial intelligence technologies. • Knowledge of principles for building AI agents, RAG, and Tool Calling, or readiness to quickly master these technologies. • Skills in searching and fixing errors, testing, and analyzing results. • Ability to independently solve technical problems. • Willingness to learn new technologies and work on non-standard tasks.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in developing software solutions, AI agents, and multi-agent systems. • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. • Knowledge of Docker, Git, and database principles. • Experience with LLM Evaluation, AI Security, or Red Teaming. • Participation in open-source projects. • Presence of personal projects, GitHub repositories, or a technical portfolio.

Selection Stages

We use preliminary testing to assess technical knowledge and determine candidate fit for the team's tasks.

To participate in the selection process:

1. Complete the test.
2. Await review of results and feedback on further selection stages.

Completing the test is a mandatory stage for candidate selection for Red Team.
