AGIMA has an internal R&D department that collects AI tools for the team and company products. We are currently looking for an AI Developer Intern to join our team. Full-stack tasks: sometimes backend, sometimes frontend, sometimes in the same ticket.

You will definitely need a brain, curiosity, and the habit of bringing tasks to completion using AI agents.

You definitely won't need deep specialization in one area.

What you will do:

• write integrations of AI agents with corporate systems;
• refine internal services: authorization, logging, personal accounts, dashboards;
• assemble landing pages and product pages from ready-made blocks according to the brand book;
• create UIs on top of AI services: dashboards, messenger plugins, training interfaces;
• deploy services in our infrastructure, attach domains, fix monitoring.
• The specific mix of tasks will be tailored to your strengths and interests. We will help you develop your weaker areas under mentorship.

What is important to us:

• your familiarity with LLM harnessing (Claude Code / Codex / VS Code + Claude Code extension): you understand what context, skills, sub-agents, MCP are. If you don't react to these words, it's too early for now;
• basic coding skills: you can read someone else's Python / JS / TS service, understand it, and make changes;
• Linux, Docker, Git – at a level of "I don't get lost in the terminal";
• independence as a principle: you deconstruct and move tasks forward yourself, a mentor is for architectural questions and reviews, not for step-by-step guidance;
• English for reading documentation.

Will be a plus:

• Next.js / React / TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui;
• Python / Node.js at a level of "wrote my own services";
• n8n, DeepResearch, experience with deployment and working with CI/CD;
• Figma → code, basic SEO.

Don't be discouraged if you know half of this – you'll pick up the other half as you go.
