🎯 Who we are looking for: — Development experience from 5 years and team management experience (from 3 people). — Confident Python 3.11+ (asyncio, typing, OOP). — Tech Stack: FastAPI, Pydantic v2, LangGraph, OpenAI API, RAG, PostgreSQL (SQLAlchemy 2.0), vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant), Docker, CI/CD. — Experience with public speaking (conferences, meetups). — Task decomposition and mentorship skills. — Linux above basic (no DevOps). 📋 Responsibilities: — Architecture design and code writing. — Backend team management, Code Review, employee development. — Effort estimation, sprint planning. — Interaction with AI/ML, Data, and Product teams.
