Project Description:

An information and analytical web platform for professional participants in the financial market (exchange data, analytics, news). Microservice architecture, high cost of error in data.

We are restructuring development towards a model where AI agents write most of the code, and the engineer acts as a task setter, architect, and quality controller. We are looking for a strong engineer ready to cover several roles: system analysis → design → implementation → basic QA → production deployment.

📋 Mandatory Requirements:

— Backend development experience of 5+ years, including a portion in Python. Python will be the primary language. — Microservices, understanding of their weaknesses. — SQL, relational database design; PostgreSQL, MongoDB. — Patterns (Repository, Service, Unit of Work), DDD, CQRS. — Docker, Kubernetes (basics), CI/CD (GitLab CI), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). — Working with ambiguous requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications. — Feature decomposition: what we do ourselves, what we delegate to the agent, what we need to agree on. — Task setting with verifiable results. — EXPERIENCE WITH SA TASKS — MUST BE IN THE RESUME BEFORE APPLYING. — Experience with AI assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot): task delegation, context engineering, critical result verification. — EXPERIENCE WITH AI TOOLS (WHAT, WHY, RESULT) — MUST BE IN THE RESUME. — Development leadership of 2+ years: planning, code review, mentoring. — End-to-end ownership: feature from idea to production. — Fast learning, systems thinking, independence. — Willingness to combine roles and work at a high pace.

➕ Will be a plus:

— REST API (CRUD, pagination), backward-compatible APIs. — Kafka, RabbitMQ, stream processing. — ETL, Apache Airflow. — PostgreSQL FTS, ElasticSearch, WebSocket. — OAuth/OpenID, Keycloak, RBAC/ABAC. — Yandex Cloud, Golang, Django. — Experience with financial/exchange data.
