Senior Python Developer (Automation & AI / LLM)

We are looking for a strong Python developer who wants to work not just with backend, but at the intersection of automation, DevOps, and AI (LLM). Format: remote (only from the territory of Russia or Belarus) Payment: from 10,000 to 13,000 rubles/day (gross)

Project An investment platform automating the full deal cycle: from client sourcing to financial reporting. We are working on:

• investment opportunity sourcing
• deal management
• financial modeling and analytics
• services for corporate clients

What to do • automate development processes (Jira, CI/CD, review, etc.) • write services and integrations (REST/gRPC) • implement LLMs into workflows • develop AI agents (LangChain / LangGraph) • make API / CLI / bots for teams • set up monitoring and logging

Requirements • Python 5+ years • FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, aiohttp • integration experience (REST/gRPC, OAuth2, JWT) • understanding of CI/CD and DevOps processes • work with databases • basic understanding of LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic, etc.) ➕ plus: LangChain / LangGraph
