We are looking for a strong Python developer who wants to work not just with backend, but at the intersection of automation, DevOps, and AI (LLM). remote (only from the territory of Russia or Belarus) from 10,000 to 13,000 rubles/day (gross)
Project An investment platform automating the full deal cycle: from client sourcing to financial reporting. We are working on:
What to do • automate development processes (Jira, CI/CD, review, etc.) • write services and integrations (REST/gRPC) • implement LLMs into workflows • develop AI agents (LangChain / LangGraph) • make API / CLI / bots for teams • set up monitoring and logging
Requirements • Python 5+ years • FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, aiohttp • integration experience (REST/gRPC, OAuth2, JWT) • understanding of CI/CD and DevOps processes • work with databases • basic understanding of LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic, etc.) ➕ plus: LangChain / LangGraph
